CatchingH2O is laser focused on providing solutions to San Diego’s water supply, stormwater pollution, and wastewater management issues. As licensed contractors in the specialized industry of water harvesting and conservation, we are uniquely positioned to implement well designed decentralized solutions. From DIY classes, to design/planning, to installation, CatchingH2O can help the community conserve water, solve water related problems on site, and contribute to larger scale solutions.

Responsibilities:
Catching H2O is looking for an administrative coordinator to join their team. The administrative coordinator will support our office team in building onto our existing systems to streamline our productivity and provide excellent support to our customers.
Responsibilities include supporting our schedule and team dynamics through our Job Software - Jobber, managing spreadsheets that help us track various aspects of client data, some client follow up, creating weekly social media posts through Canva by coordinating with our installation team and understanding each project, creating flyers for events and other activities, updating our website for upcoming events, supporting workshops with prep work and sometimes in person setup.
The essential duties for the role includes:
- Orient to our unique projects
- Learn how to use our job software - Jobber
- Help us streamline our google docs organization to support future growth
- Work with spreadsheets to help build maintenance quotes and manage client database
- Communicate regularly with our design and maintenance staff to improve documentation and support scheduling
- Work with Canva to build social media posts for projects and flyers for workshops
- Work with WordPress to update website to include updated events and other updates

The right person may not have all the experience necessary but can show the willingness and ability to learn quickly, and adapt with our growing business.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to learn to skills including: wordpress, canva, excel, google spreadsheets/docs
- Ability to solve spread sheet problems
- Must be friendly, team oriented
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work well within a small team
- Must care deeply about the environment and sustainability

Hiring Process:

- Work 10-20 hours per week in the office
- Work occasionally in the field if desired - must have own transportation
- Hourly at $20-$25/hour, depending on skill level
