Rainwater Considerations
- How much water is your roof generating?
- Are you having flooding issues we need to resolve?
- How much space do you have to set aside for rainwater storage?
- What is your budget?
- What is the highest use for this water?
- How will you distribute your rainwater? (manually, or automatically)
- Are you concerned about having emergency water?
- Do you need a permit?
Greywater Considerations
- Is your plumbing accessible?
- How much greywater are you producing?
- How much water do your plants need?
- What is the best way to use this water in your yard?
- What is your budget?
- Do you need a permit?
New Construction or Remodel
Early in the construction phase we can effectively run piping, bring in big tanks, and potentially excavate for underground or partially buried tanks.
New Construction or a Remodel is a great time to get greywater systems in place.
You can install a greywater stub out with no permit required to allow future integration of a greywater system. BUT most contractors are not aware of how to do this appropriately so that you can have a cost effective greywater system installed in the future. We can help! We can also design, draft and submit your greywater plans for permitting if you are ready to have a system installed with your construction.
New Construction often has to implement strict storm water retention.
We can work with your Civil Engineer and contractor to ensure that you can use rainwater storage as a way to meet your storm water requirements instead of costly stormwater retention features that meet requirements but otherwise don’t have any benefit.
